tribute to jim locke

jim had a vision of what the smb community could be and worked towards that every day. he started the lasmb user group which, with his partners grew to become the smb technology network with more than 600 members around the world. jim realized the importance of developing relationships between vendors and the smb community. through initiatives and education he was able to expand the horizons of many solution providers. he was also instrumental in expanding the user group community. he touched many lives throughout this community and he will be greatly missed. this was jim�s passion along with his family. jim was also the president of his company, resultworx, a successful it consulting company in pasadena, ca. between smbtn and resultworx, jim received several industry leadership recognitions, including sbs�er of the year, and the smb150 list. our sincerest condolences go out to the locke family. jim leaves behind his wife marilyn and their son brian.

services will be held on thursday, august 25 at 7:00 p.m. the first church of the nazarene of pasadena in the lee chapel 3700 east sierra madre boulevard pasadena, california 91107

jim's greatest vision for his son was to make sure brian completed his education. brian started high school this week. in honor of jim's wishes we have setup a paypal link to allow jim�s community friends to donate to brian's college fund.		you may also share your stories and memories on jim's facebook wall for marilyn and brian to read. together, they read jim�s facebook page daily.
